Reminders are off by default. Salli asks for operating-system notification permission only after you choose to enable a reminder.

Reminder types

  • Transactions to review: unconfirmed supported bank activity.
  • Budget alerts: near-limit and over-limit warnings calculated locally.
  • Payment reminders: approved recurring and one-time payments.
  • Seettu contributions: the next unpaid contribution in each active circle.

Timing

Choose:
  • whether each type is enabled;
  • on the due date or a configurable number of days before; and
  • a local delivery time.

Private preview

Private preview is the default and hides merchant, circle, and amount on the lock screen. Enable Show financial details only if displaying that information in notifications is acceptable on your device.

Local scheduling

Schedules stay on the phone and follow its timezone. Android restores active schedules after reboot. Salli uses inexact idle-aware alarms and does not ask for exact-alarm permission.

Test

Use Send test notification. The test contains no real financial data.
Operating systems can delay inexact notifications because of power-saving, background restrictions, or Focus/Do Not Disturb settings.
